CLS iMation continues to grow in Europe and inaugurates its first branch in Belgium with Alax Automation

In furtherance of its international standing, CLS iMation cements a strategic partnership with the Belgian company specialised in Automation Systems in an area that is ideally positioned in Europe and brings us closer to our customers.

With the intent of strengthening its presence in Europe as a consultant for automation systems, familiarising people with its made-to-measure services and delivering special cutting-edge innovative solutions, CLS iMation is proud to announce a landmark chapter in its history with the opening of its first branch in Belgium through the acquisition of the Belgian company Alax Automation.

Founded in 2002, Alax Automation rapidly gained a footing on the international market as a reliable partner for automation systems across the various sectors in the industry. The company is specialised in post-sales support and maintenance, turnkey projects, palletisers, vision systems, line certification and the construction of filling and sealing machinery.

This CLS investment venture is the end product of relentless research and development in the logistics sector; the opening of a new branch outside Italy will bring the company closer to its clientèle and generally place it in a strategic position within Europe.
